In collaboration with prominent producers, with plants in India and Vietnam, we are able to offer a wide range of coffee and tea extracts, and tea leaves for the production of both teas in filter bags and for fresh tea brews.
All products are customizable according to the buyer’s specifications; the manufacturers are equipped with a modern and efficient R&D department for the development of new products.
All items are produced in state-of-the-art plants and comply with all FDA and EU standards.
INSTANT TEA POWDER
Instant tea is manufactured from black tea by extracting the brew from processed leaves, tea wastes or undried fermented leaves. The extract is concentrated under low pressure and converted to powder by the spray-drying process.

LIQUID TEA EXTRACT
The brew from processed leaves, tea wastes, or undried fermented leaves is concentrated to the required density (usually 60 Brix) to be further diluted and converted into ready-to-drink iced tea.

INSTANT COFFEE
In spray-drying the coffee extract is sprayed into a stream of hot air at the top of a tall cylindrical tower. As the droplets fall, they dry, becoming a fine powder by the time they reach the bottom.
In freeze-drying, the coffee extract is frozen to about – 40°C and cut into granules. The frozen granules are then dried at low temperature and under vacuum.

BLACK TEA LEAVES, CTC OR ORTODOX
Orthodox teas are loose tea leaves produced using the traditional style (plucking, withering, rolling, oxidation and drying).
CTC Black Tea requires more advanced methods starting from putting the leaves inside a cylindrical roller. This style includes cutting, tearing and curling.
